Chef Sebastien Schwab has over 30 years experience in the restaurant hospitality business. He's taught cooking classes, owned restaurants, personal chef services and led chef tastings.
Originally from Lorraine, France, cooking has brought Sebastien all over the world, settling in PEC in 2009 where he has since been at The Hubb at Angeline's, Cherryvale Organic Farm and Huff Estates, where his passion for cooking with fresh local ingredients, his creativity, attention to detail and respect for the raw product has won the praise of diners from all over the world.
